I've seen in a Bible encyclopedia DSS fragments of Psalms (if I remember correctly) which have the text in Late Hebrew, but the Name appears in Palaeo-Hebrew. It's interesting.

Yes. From what I understand of the tradition, the Name could only be written in the Hebrew language. Otherwise, such as in Aramaic and Greek, a substitute would be used. In the example you shared (and there are others of the same) the writer decided not to use a substitute, so used Paleo Hebrew.
